What we collect and why
When you send us a message through the contact form, we process the details you enter: your name, work email address, organisation, your role (optional) and the message itself. We use these only to read and respond to your enquiry.
- We do not use this website for advertising or profiling.
- We do not currently run analytics or tracking on this site.
How your message is handled
Contact-form submissions are delivered to us by email and are not stored in a separate database on this website. We keep your message and contact details for up to 12 months after our last contact about your enquiry, unless it leads to an ongoing agreement or relationship — in which case we keep them for as long as that relationship requires. Message contents may also appear in our application logs for a short period as part of normal operation, after which those logs are rotated.
Legal basis
We process the details you submit through the contact form on the basis of our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in receiving and responding to your enquiry and communicating with you about it. Where your enquiry concerns our services and could lead to an agreement, we also rely on the necessity to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
You share these details voluntarily - you are not required to contact us. Where we rely on legitimate interest, you can object to that processing at any time by emailing info@7nodeit.com.
Cookies and similar technologies
This site uses only essential storage: your cookie-consent choice is remembered in your browser's local storage so we don't ask again. No non-essential or tracking cookies are set. You can review or change your choice at any time via in the footer.
Fonts are served from this website (self-hosted), so no third-party font provider receives your data. If third-party services are added later, this policy and the cookie banner will be updated accordingly.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email info@7nodeit.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
