These terms apply to every visit to and use of this website. By using the website you accept them. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.
These terms cover the website only. Any services we provide to you are governed by the separate written agreement we make with you for those services (see section 4).

Descriptions of our services on this website, including Lease Software as a Service and CloudSpector, are for information only and do not constitute a binding offer. Sending us an enquiry does not create an agreement or any obligation for either party.
An agreement for our services is only formed when we both confirm it in writing, for example by accepting a signed proposal or contract. The terms of that agreement apply to those services and take precedence over these website terms.

Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where 7NodeIT is established (currently the District Court of Oost-Brabant). If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
